Food People have partnered with a leading distribution and logistics company in their search for a Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate will drive automation initiatives, demonstrate scalability, and be responsible for financial planning to support the company’s growth plans. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, forecasting, operational reviews, strategic financial modeling, executive reporting, automation initiatives, stakeholder management, and providing strategic financial guidance. The CFO will also manage relationships with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management roles
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and accounting qualifications
- Experience in a large portfolio with high revenue turnover
- Experience within FMCG and/or logistics
