SUMMARY


Directs the organization's financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions and shareholders by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate:


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Financial Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting


Oversea and direct budgeting at Group level; including strategic financial planning (5 years), annual, monthly and daily control.
Analyze operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole institution and determines their financial impact.
Daily, Monthly and Annual control of the budget vs actual.
Financial Reporting & Analysis


Appraise the organization’s financial position and issue periodic reports on the organization’s financial stability, liquidity, and growth.
Monthly reporting of the Interim Financial with the analysis per company and at consolidated level.
Monthly reporting of the projects’ profitability and analysis.
Periodic reporting of the lending relationships and daily reconcilement.

• - Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• - Previous experience in a leadership position within the finance department.

• - Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• - Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
