The Director of Finance at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain will oversee the accounting and financial requirements of the property. Responsibilities include managing the Finance and Accounting department to ensure accurate financial reports, maintaining compliance with regulations and standards, preparing budgets and forecasts, optimizing performance through operational analysis, and acting as a business advisor to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, professional accounting accreditation, strong leadership skills, and experience in a similar role.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management roles within the hospitality industry
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, accounting or similar
- Professional accounting accreditation such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CGMA, CMA
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Skills:

- - Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
