The role You'll be responsible for driving the entire sales and success cycle in the iGaming market, from initial engagement to maximising long-term results. Managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual success. Specifically, your role will involve: Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients in English-speaking gambling markets. Act as the primary point of contact, managing all aspects of client relationships. Understand clients' goals, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Address operational challenges and customize solutions with internal teams. Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Stay updated on regulations and industry trends. Monitor sales performance and competitor activities. Analyze data to assess account performance and forecast trends. Negotiate contracts and upsell additional products/services. Identify potential customers and conduct regular client check-ins. Network at industry events and conferences.

Key Job Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in account management within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in iGaming strategy, sales, or affiliate management
  • Strong background in building and maintaining client relationships
