We are currently seeking a Head of Supply Chain (M/F/X) to oversee and optimize our procurement, food planning, and warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the supply chain by ordering, checking, receiving, organizing, and delivering goods in a timely, correct, safe, and cost-effective manner. In addition to managing daily operations to optimize stocks and order deliveries, the Head of Supply Chain will develop and implement logistic processes in collaboration with operational excellence and integrated business solutions. This role also involves manpower planning based on short-, mid-, and long-term requirements while ensuring compliance with safety, security, health, environmental regulations.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement leadership roles. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required along with ERP knowledge (SAP preferred). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.
