As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Supply Chain (M/F/X) to join our team.

As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing the proper functioning of procurement, food planning, and warehousing operations. Your main duties will include managing all supply chain-related functions, evaluating daily operations to optimize stocks and order deliveries, developing logistic processes for operational efficiency, and ensuring appropriate manpower planning based on short-term and long-term requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and utilizing the ERP system effectively to streamline processes.

In the procurement aspect of the role, you will lead the sourcing process from supplier selection to negotiation and transition management. This will involve preparing annual procurement plans, analyzing and evaluating new suppliers for competitiveness, negotiating contracts with key suppliers based on pricing structures, developing concepts and products, and ensuring accurate product costing based on standard labor and material costs. You will also be responsible for calculating and maintaining master price lists in alignment with contractual stipulations.

Key Job Requirements:
