ShowHeroes assists publishers in creating engaging content for their audience while maximizing advertising revenue within editorial environments. As part of ShowHeroes' global engineering efforts on the MAX online video & monetization product, a new dedicated team focused on Connected TV is being established.
The CTV Innovation Team at ShowHeroes ties all solutions into a unique offering that supports customers throughout the entire video value chain. As the Technical Program Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, collaborating with product managers and engineering team leads to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Your role will involve leveraging your business and technical understanding of ad technology to drive the organization's long-term objectives within the CTV landscape.
This permanent full-time position reports to the Global Head of Product Management and offers flexibility in terms of remote work or office presence across ShowHeroes' 26 locations worldwide. Responsibilities include driving technical discussions, developing technical solutions for internal stakeholders, creating functional specifications and roadmaps, tracking project KPIs aligned with business goals, and ensuring clear execution of technical requirements by key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in program/product management or software engineering with direct exposure to CTV technologies and ad standards such as OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID, SSAI among others. Strong communication skills along with organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
