Your primary responsibilities will include translating our sustainable strategy into actionable plans with clear objectives and projects. You will drive initiatives to enhance the continuity and sustainability of our daily operations while staying abreast of market trends. Additionally, you will lead a team of 8 to 12 team leaders and guide 250 to 350 employees towards their professional development. Effective communication within your team and across departments, as well as collaboration with external partners, will be crucial aspects of your role.
As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will work on one of our logistical sites located in the vicinity of Halle, Ghislenghien, or Ollignies. The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 10 years of experience in supply chain management and have prior experience managing other leaders. Strong analytical skills, along with excellent communication and leadership qualities, are essential for success in this role. Fluency in both Dutch and French is required, with proficiency in English being an added advantage.
