As the Regional Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all branch locations within your region operate in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards such as FDA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, and NFPA. You will conduct accident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions as needed. Additionally, you will oversee the efficient utilization of cylinder assets by monitoring stocking levels and optimizing vehicle and production equipment usage within the region.
In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities at all regional branch locations, providing input into location operating budgets, monitoring performance indicators related to safety and operating costs, and developing operational staffing levels to support customer service efforts.
