As the Procurement & Logistics Specialist at Unibra, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing purchase orders from suppliers (procure-to-pay), managing customer orders with the brewery (order-to-cash), and planning logistics activities such as delivery calls, shipments, and transport insurance. You will also ensure compliance with import/export regulations and banking requirements, handle administration related to logistics activities, propose process improvements, manage transport insurance claims, update order tracking reports regularly, and maintain communication with internal customers (breweries in Africa), external customers (importers in Africa), suppliers (mainly European), control agents, banks, chamber of commerce, etc.
Additionally, you will support the Department Head in various reporting activities such as cash flow forecasting, expenditure analysis, KPI monitoring implementation and tracking budget preparation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills for maintaining relationships with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Reporting directly to the Procurement & Logistics Manager at Unibra will provide you with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the company's operations while growing your career in procurement and logistics.
