AL Solutions, a leading pharmaceutical company in Bulgaria, is currently looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager (CPM) / Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to join our dynamic team. As the Clinical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational execution of global clinical trials within our Drug Development portfolio. You will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and reporting of clinical studies from site initiation through close-out, ensuring alignment with Sponsor standards and regulatory requirements. Serving as the single point of contact and local study team lead for assigned trials across country/cluster/hub, you will collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams including CRAs, CRA Managers, Feasibility, Start-Up, and Site Partnership teams.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include driving study timelines, milestones, and deliverables; supporting feasibility assessments; monitoring key study indicators such as enrollment rates and data quality metrics; ensuring adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), local regulations, and Sponsor SOPs; chairing country/cluster study team meetings; coordinating CRA training sessions; tracking site budgets and contract status; overseeing essential document collection; providing performance feedback to CRA Managers; among other duties. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field (advanced degree preferred), 5+ years of experience in clinical trial management with strong knowledge of GCP and clinical trial regulations.
