Senior Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison between client contacts and internal stakeholders involved in driving successful implementation of new projects. The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding of project management, customer service, IT system integration, and IT service level agreements. Responsibilities include preparing & implementing Program Management Plans within agreed timelines to deliver the right scope for all projects/programs according to the HCL Global Project Management Framework. The Senior Program Manager must effectively manage risks, issues, key stakeholders, escalations while ensuring high customer satisfaction for assigned Transformation/Transition Projects.

The Senior Program Manager should have at least 10 years of experience in project management with a minimum of 2 years as a Program Manager running large IT infrastructure transitions. A BA/BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience is required along with project management certifications considered a plus. Excellent English language skills are essential with knowledge of French, Spanish or Italian being beneficial. • At least 10 years of experience in project management domain

• Prepare & implement Program Management Plans to deliver the right scope/deliverables for all projects/program within agreed timelines
• Drive Program/Projects (large scale) with agreed scope, manage risks, issues, key stakeholders, escalations
• Ensure high customer satisfaction for all assigned Transformation/Transition Projects
• Participate in planning potential new clients' onboarding by developing comprehensive transition and transformation plans
