Job Summary:
As the Director of Franchise Business Development, Sales, and Marketing for North America, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of Freshslice Pizza franchises in the region. You will develop and execute strategies to identify, recruit, and onboard franchisees, while also leading initiatives to enhance sales performance and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Business Development:
Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities in key markets across North America.
Develop comprehensive business plans and financial models to assess the viability and potential return on investment of new franchise locations.
Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with prospective franchisees, ensuring alignment with Freshslice Pizza's brand standards and values.
Collaborate with legal and operational teams to facilitate the franchise onboarding process, including site selection, lease negotiation, and store setup.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets for both new and existing franchise locations.
Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and leverage insights to optimize sales tactics and improve profitability.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to help them maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency.
Explore innovative sales channels and partnerships to expand Freshslice Pizza's market reach and customer base.
Marketing and Brand Management:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertising collateral, digital assets, and in-store signage, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and influencer partnerships to engage with target audiences.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in franchise development, sales, and marketing leadership roles. Experience in Food & Beverage is an asset.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for market trends and consumer preferences.
