The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to organize, administer, and control project activities. Responsibilities include coordinating project documentation such as meeting minutes, Change Orders/Site Instructions, Shop Drawings, drafting Progress Claims, and ensuring compliance with sustainability requirements like LEED standards. The role involves setting up project reporting procedures, maintaining accurate logs for various project aspects, assisting in trade contractor meetings and document processes, managing project administration activities including payroll and safety reporting.

To qualify for this position, candidates should have a technical diploma in a construction-related field or equivalent experience along with at least two years of experience as a Project Coordinator with a general contractor. Strong skills in reading blueprints, using Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook/Adobe or Bluebeam Revu are required. Additionally, candidates must have a solid understanding of construction trades, safety regulations, and local building codes. Health & Safety Awareness (5 steps) training is also necessary.
