As the End-User Computing (EUC) Workplace Communication Manager at TechDoQuest, you will play a crucial role in leading our Workplace Communication and Collaboration (WCC) operations team. In this full-time position based in Toronto, ON, Canada, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing WCC operations to ensure the high availability and performance of communication systems. You will oversee L1, L2, and L3 support teams for Messaging, Email Security, Unified Communications, and Modern Workplace solutions. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and user experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align WCC initiatives with overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience in managing WCC operations, including proficiency in messaging platforms such as Exchange and Gmail, email security solutions, unified communications systems like Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex, as well as modern workplace solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Strong understanding of L1, L2, and L3 support structures along with ITIL framework is essential. Excellent leadership skills, team management abilities, problem-solving aptitude, analytical capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills are also required.
