As a Project Manager at BentallGreenOak, you will be responsible for managing capital and landlord work to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion. You will oversee all construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve developing and executing capital improvement programs aimed at enhancing portfolio value while acting as the Owner’s Representative to prioritize their best interests in all projects.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all project requirements are met efficiently. You will be tasked with performing routine safety site inspections and quality control assessments to maintain high standards of construction excellence. Additionally, your responsibilities will include conducting site reviews, attending construction meetings for assigned projects, and identifying/resolving disputes while escalating concerns to the Property Manager when necessary. • 5+ years of experience in commercial project management
• Experience managing construction projects in a similar role
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong understanding of budget management principles
