We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing building and site assessments such as Condition Assessments, Technical Audits, and Design Reviews. This role involves conducting Building Envelope Investigations and field reviews to determine repair options. The Project Manager will inspect various systems including curtain wall systems, insulation, ventilation, parkades, waterproofing, roofing, stucco, and windows. Additionally, they will be involved in preparing Plans and Specifications, tender documents, contract documents, and cost proposals.

The successful candidate for this position should have a strong background in construction project management with a focus on building assessments and envelope investigations. They must possess excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to provide practical repair solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with clients and stakeholders effectively. A degree in Engineering or related field is preferred along with relevant certifications in project management or building assessment.
