We are currently seeking a dedicated Manager for Data Center Infrastructure & Operations to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will provide leadership to a team of technicians, overseeing scheduling, training, and performance management. You will be responsible for conducting formal employee reviews and holding regular informal feedback discussions with all team members. Additionally, you will support commercial teams by providing consultation on pre-sales and post-sales activities.

As the Manager for Data Center Infrastructure & Operations at CentriLogic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers. Your responsibilities will include infrastructure operations such as daily rounds, onsite vendor management, record keeping, coordination of general maintenance systems, and planning to guarantee data center availability. Maintaining an accurate inventory of data center assets and internal documentation such as facility floor plans in Visio, MEP drawings, CMMS platforms is essential.
