Centurion Asset Management, a prominent real estate company in Canada, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Technical Services & Innovation and Property Managers to address any contractor, vendor, or consultant performance issues promptly and proactively.
In this role, you will be responsible for working alongside Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians to develop renovation scopes for individual suites. Your primary objective will be to ensure that suite renovations are completed in a timely manner, allowing suites to be reintroduced into the market as scheduled. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and photos in our central server while coordinating all project activities to minimize disruptions for Residents in accordance with the Residential Tenancy Act. You will also lead meetings with Contractors when necessary, conduct quality control audits to evaluate contractor performance, and assist with capital expenditure renovation projects as needed.
