In this fully remote role that allows you to be based anywhere in Canada while working EST hours, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a cohesive brand strategy that enhances our client's market presence and strengthens customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include overseeing storytelling efforts across various channels such as video, social media, web, PR, and other digital platforms to ensure a consistent and impactful brand voice.

As the Director of Brand Storytelling & Communications, you will lead the development of high-impact video content, social media campaigns, and digital storytelling initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, creative freelancers, and executive leadership to shape the brand’s narrative and drive measurable impact. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing social media content strategy to ensure engagement and community growth while identifying emerging digital trends to amplify brand messaging.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 8 years of experience in brand strategy, communications or marketing with proven expertise in storytelling across various platforms. You must possess exceptional writing skills along with strong leadership abilities to mentor a team of brand professionals effectively. A background in Journalism, PR or related fields is required along with experience measuring brand impact and optimizing content strategies based on performance data.
