You will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication plans that enhance employee engagement and align with our strategic goals. Additionally, you will create and edit content for various channels such as memos, newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, and emails while designing visual assets like infographics, brochures, and multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Communications Specialist include translating complex ideas into clear messaging focused on the audience's needs, analyzing data to identify trends for improvement in communication strategies, supporting employee experience initiatives including Diversity & Inclusion programs through clear communications, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field along with 5 years of professional experience in corporate or internal communications. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office is required while video editing skills are considered a plus.
