As the Data Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of data center professionals to ensure seamless operations across all aspects of electrical, mechanical, security, and fire safety systems. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing technical incidents, developing SOPs and maintenance strategies, and monitoring site capacity metrics for scalability and long-term planning. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting pre-sales efforts by conducting customer site tours and responding to RFIs/RFPs.

In this position, you will also be tasked with managing OPEX & CAPEX budgets to ensure smart investments and cost control. You will drive compliance with accreditation initiatives such as SOC2 and ISO 27001 while overseeing security personnel. Key Job Requirements:
