We are seeking an Internal Communications Lead to join our expanding internal communications team at Experian. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement, increasing leadership visibility, and fostering alignment across various business areas like HR, corporate functions, and technology. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications, you will drive executive communications initiatives, support internal events planning at our Costa Mesa headquarters in California including campus activations like the CM Thursday Collaboration Series and product showcases. Additionally, you will oversee internal communications for Human Resources Centers of Excellence (Talent Management, Rewards Operations) and corporate functions aimed at all North America employees.

The ideal candidate for this position should have over 8 years of experience in internal communications or related fields with strong writing skills following AP style guidelines. You must possess expertise in executing large-scale employee events both virtually and in person along with familiarity in simplifying complex topics into engaging internal messaging related to HR processes finance operations technology communication. Proficiency with digital communication tools like FirstUp and O365 is desirable along with experience tracking communication effectiveness through engagement metrics to refine strategies continuously.
