As a Communication Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing these campaigns to raise awareness of the positive impact of EU and EIB projects in the region.

In this position, your responsibilities will include developing detailed implementation plans, establishing effective working processes with local teams and stakeholders, organizing press conferences and events, coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting media outreach activities, monitoring communication initiatives' effectiveness, and building partnerships with NGOs or influencers. To excel in this role, you must possess a university degree in journalism, communication, social science or related fields. Additionally, fluency in English and proficiency in the main language spoken in the assigned country are essential requirements.

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of professional experience in communication services with a minimum of 5 years spent working within the country of assignment. You should also have 4 years of experience in developing and executing communication campaigns across various mediums such as video production, printed materials creation, and event management. Previous experience working with international organizations like the EU or UN is highly desirable. If you have collaborated with EU Delegations on communication activities before, it would be considered a significant advantage.
