As a Senior R&D Manager, you will be responsible for guiding team members on dairy product technical development, including formulation and processing/engineering. You will work closely with Global functional experts to enhance dairy technical capability in China and drive the delivery of the Great China innovation plan. Your role will involve providing technical insights to innovation foresight managers to inspire new ideas and assist in concept assessment.
In addition to your responsibilities in new product development, you will also lead team members in designing and implementing solutions for continuous improvement and issue resolution on technical business support. You will serve as a trusted resource for technical change management and guide the team in solving technical issues from customers and consumers. When necessary, you will escalate issues to the appropriate functions within the organization.
