A strategic mindset is essential to develop and implement engineering strategies that optimize cost, efficiency, and market competitiveness. Additionally, knowledge of supply chain dynamics, cost structures, vertical integration opportunities, VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering), failure analysis techniques, and collaborating with Tier II suppliers is crucial for success.
