To excel in this role, you must possess a PhD in molecular biology or related field along with over 15 years of experience in molecular diagnostics or genomics, including at least 5 years in a managerial position. You should have a proven track record of successfully commercializing diagnostic products globally and deep expertise in liquid biopsy platforms such as ctDNA and CTCs. Proficiency in tumor bioinformatics, AI/ML applications, and biomarker discovery is essential, along with strong strategic thinking abilities and excellent communication skills to navigate cross-cultural collaborations effectively.
