A Food and Beverage Director is responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. Responsibilities include managing all F&B outlet operations, maintaining high levels of customer service, recruiting, training, and developing team members, setting departmental targets, developing menus, conducting stock takes, maximizing sales revenue, evaluating guest satisfaction levels, ensuring compliance with regulations, among others.
Key Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in managing a team and overseeing operations is essential.
- Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience is required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
