As the Commercial Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing commercial projects within the assigned region to ensure alignment with the company's objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute strategies effectively, while also developing and maintaining detailed project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing strategies for risk mitigation, as well as managing stakeholder communication effectively. To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree (Master’s degree preferred) along with a minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience within the Medical Devices/Healthcare industry in the MEA region. A strong background in distributor management, digital transformation, and market expansion is essential. You should also possess excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (French or Arabic proficiency is a plus).
