Role Description
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales,
revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of sales team
• Promoting the organization and services.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services.
• Monitor the team performance.
• Apply development plan.
• Market research, monitor the compactors.
• Update prices regarding the marketing.
Qualifications
Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development skills
Experience as Sales Director at least 7 years
Strong customer service and team management skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
Fluency in English and Arabic
Experience in managing a team of sales professionals
