We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Facility Coordinator to join our team at our Nasr City location. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) with a graduation year between 2011 and 2020. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in facility coordination, operations, or maintenance within a facility management setting, you will possess strong knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc., along with proficiency in facility management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

As our Senior Facility Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing maintenance schedules, work orders, vendor contracts, and facility operations while ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing work order requests on-site promptly, acting as the liaison between clients and the Facility Engineer, drafting preventive maintenance schedules, preparing weekly/monthly maintenance reports, and implementing QHSE standards according to policies and objectives. Strong organizational skills are essential for prioritizing tasks effectively while maintaining excellent communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
