We are currently looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the integration of digital products into medical technology portfolios across European markets. You will work closely with international teams to identify innovation opportunities, oversee product lifecycle management, ensure compliance with EU regulations, and foster collaboration between technical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial departments. Your role will be crucial in driving digital transformation within the healthcare industry by aligning innovation with patient outcomes and business strategy.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field. An advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc is preferred. You must have experience in program or product management within the medical device or digital health industry, with demonstrated expertise in digital integration involving Class III medical devices. Knowledge of EU medical regulations and digital health standards is essential, along with familiarity with software development cycles and connected technologies. Strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and excellent communication are also required for this role.

• Experience in program or product management within the medical device or digital health industry
• Demonstrated experience with digital integration into healthcare solutions involving Class III medical devices
• Knowledge of EU medical regulations and digital health standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage

• Lead the strategy and execution for integrating digital products into medical technology portfolios across European markets
