As the Programme Director, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading client programs, managing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives within our organization. Your responsibilities will include acting as the strategic lead across multiple digital engagement programs, fostering relationships with senior pharmaceutical stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, coaching internal teams towards operational excellence, and overseeing program performance to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and compliance standards.
