We are seeking an exceptional Engagement Director for key accounts in EMEA who will drive renewal numbers, oversee implementation delivery success, and identify expansion opportunities. The successful candidate will lead key account delivery teams comprising project managers, scientific data architects, analysts, and engineers to ensure timely value delivery with high customer satisfaction levels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Engineering, Marketing, and Product is essential for complex implementations and product deployments. Additionally, you will work closely with Sales leadership to explore new business opportunities within existing accounts while maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive expansion goals.
