The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, coupled with exceptional skills in content creation and design using tools such as Canva and photo editing software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Create compelling content across various digital platforms, including social media and the company website.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Canva and edit photos/videos for marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the beauty industry.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to generate leads and boost sales figures.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
- Manage social media accounts effectively by ensuring consistent posting schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role (experience within the beauty/haircare industry is preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva and photo/video editing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine passion for haircare products and the beauty industry.
