Head of Finance

The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the support functions related to finance, contracts, and compliance at Valoris Offshore. This includes strategic input to the development of the organization's strategy, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with policies and donor requirements, procurement and contract management, and contributing to knowledge management initiatives. The role involves working closely with the Grant Facility Director and other key stakeholders to ensure effective support for project implementation.

• The ideal candidate should have prior experience in overseeing support functions in Fund Management/NGO Grant Facilities, particularly in Finance and Procurement.
• Familiarity with working with local partners in the MENA region and engaging with donors is preferred.

• The candidate should have strong strategic planning and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with donors and partners.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with KFW processes is an advantage.
