Job Duties
You will lead a sizable team across Greater China and report to the CFO in developing the finance strategy for growth and scaling
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets
Monitor and analyse budget variances, provide explanations, and recommendations
Manage and optimize the company's cash flow, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management
Manage and oversee day to day financial operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and adherence to accounting principles and policies
Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, coaching and performance feedback
Requirements
Degree holder and member of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
Proven Team management experience and regional exposure is a MUST
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team
Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Good adaptability and communication skills to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
