Role outline:
Reporting to Global Finance Director of EV Cargo Global Forwarding, the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager works closely with senior management to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan.
Job Responsibilities:
Wights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability.
Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
Lead budgeting and forecasting process across group companies.
Producing models to project long-term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
Lead overseas divisional finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Prepare monthly statutory and management reporting for the Group.
Analysing financial and operational results to and communicate to the leadership team the reasons behind the divisional performance and results.
Review departmental cost and develop performance measurement metrics.
Analyse company’s cost drivers and support divisional management in cost reduction projects.
Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Group Finance Director.
Qualifications:
Qualified Accountant with minimum of 10 years of relevant analytical experience.
Experiences in logistics industry has an advantage.
Familiar with Cargowise system has an advantage.
Excellent excel skills and strong quantitative abilities.
Good power point skills.
Able to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
High level of commercial acumen.
