Senior Project Manager

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects primarily in the banking domain. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery, identifying and managing project risks effectively, ensuring successful collaboration among stakeholders, providing regular reports to senior management on project status and performance, and driving strategic decision-making within projects. Additionally, you will be required to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, monitor internal communication across departments, and maintain project documentation according to company methodology.

To qualify for this role, candidates must have proven experience in software project management, at least 5 years of experience managing various projects, solid knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and fluent English skills. German language proficiency is considered an advantage. Experience in the banking sector and a technical background are highly desirable.
