As the Store Incharge Executive, you will be responsible for managing the overall material stores, ensuring optimal stock levels to support our operations efficiently. Your duties will include placing material orders, tracking deliveries, processing challans, and monitoring material availability regularly. Conducting quarterly inventory audits and preparing material purchase requisitions will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with relevant regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position along with proficiency in SAP and MS Excel. Experience with SAP MM Module is highly desirable as you will be required to track assets within the system and generate reports on material consumption periodically. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively will be crucial for success in this role.
