As a Sr. Project Manager at WinWire, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Agile Web Development Projects and executing engagements based on Microsoft technologies. Your role will involve managing Sprint boards, coordinating day-to-day project activities using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and GitLab, and facilitating all Scrum Ceremonies. Additionally, you will mentor project teams on Agile Principles while ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality, time, and budget specifications.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey project status updates, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders. You should have experience creating project plans, schedules, tracking progress against plans, and recommending best practices for code reuse, scalability, performance improvement, and availability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Plan is essential. A background in Quality Standards like CMMi, ISO or Six Sigma is preferred along with certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Experience in Delivery Management of IT Services from Microsoft Azure Technology is a plus.
