Currently, we are looking for a Senior Director, RD Engineering Management to lead our Research & Development site in Hyderabad, India.

As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for defining and implementing technical solutions necessary for product development at the Hyderabad site. You will oversee all Research & Development disciplines required for project execution and employee skills development. Your role will involve ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to agreed requirements. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a balanced pipeline of resources at the Hyderabad site and contributing to the product development roadmap in collaboration with Business Line leadership.

The ideal candidate for this position should have 15 or more years of experience in the semiconductor business with at least 10 years in management and leadership roles within semiconductors. Experience in ASIC design and strong engineering judgment is essential, while experience in site management would be advantageous. Knowledge of hardware and optical sensors or systems is also highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, flexibility, and a "Can do" attitude are key qualities we are seeking.
