Axim Digitech, a leading player in the financial services industry, is currently seeking Customer Care Executives to join our team and support SBI customers. As a Customer Care Executive, your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries about SBI banking products and services, effectively addressing and resolving customer concerns, maintaining clear records of interactions, educating customers about available services and promotions, collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, collecting feedback for continuous service improvements, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and professional standards.

We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum educational qualification of PUC/Diploma/ITI (with prior approval) or a Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory). While prior customer service experience is advantageous, we welcome both freshers and experienced individuals to apply. Proficiency in English along with at least one South Indian language such as Tamil or Malayalam is required. Strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, efficient multitasking skills, and basic computer proficiency are key competencies we seek in potential candidates.
