The ideal candidate will possess expertise in IT Project Management and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project Plan (MPP). A comprehensive understanding of SDLC & Agile Methodologies is essential for this role. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required, along with experience using tools like MS Visio, JIRA, DevOps, SharePoint/Teams, and SSI Tools. Candidates with a background in Medicaid/MMIS/Data Warehouse/Reporting/Analytics will be highly valued. Knowledge of Joint Application Design (JAD) would be considered a plus.
