As the Principal Consultant (Partner), you will have full P&L responsibility and play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our executive search division. You will lead the Executive Search vertical in Mumbai, attracting and placing mid to CxO-level executives for Fortune 1000 companies. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to grow the executive search business, conducting candidate assessments, utilizing advanced market research for talent identification, and maintaining a strong pipeline of professionals across industries. Additionally, you will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, client management, market research, industry insights, leadership development within the team, and representing the company as a thought leader in executive search.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources (MBA preferred), along with 4-10 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment. You should have a proven track record in business development and client acquisition, deep understanding of leadership hiring across industries, excellent communication skills, strong market research capabilities, and the ability to work independently while leading a high-caliber team.
