As the Industry Influencer Relations Manager at EXL, your responsibilities will include monitoring analyst research, engaging with influencers through various activities such as briefings and strategy sessions, maintaining messaging inventories in collaboration with marketing teams, and managing project tasks related to influencer engagement plans. You will also be responsible for reviewing analyst research publications, monitoring industry trends to provide insights to internal stakeholders, supporting the VP of Health Influencer Relations in strategic matters, gathering operational data across business functions for progress tracking purposes, analyzing data to support decision-making processes, and leading projects independently.
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. You should be adept at conveying complex ideas through creative reporting methods and presentations using tools like PowerPoint. Strong project management skills are essential for tracking multiple initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with advanced automation tools, artificial intelligence technologies, Gen AI applications is preferred. Problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, leadership qualities, adaptability in dynamic environments are crucial. Additionally must have strong organizational skills with proficiency in MS Office Applications especially PowerPoint and Excel.
