Role and Responsibilities:
Client Meetings:Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture.
Requirement Analysis:Interpret client needs and design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with their vision.
Quotation Preparation:Prepare detailed quotations based on the client's requirements, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Lead Closure: Follow up with clients, address their concerns, and finalize agreements to close leads successfully.
Project Management:Oversee the implementation of designs, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Trend Awareness:Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in interior design, specifically with modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
