We are currently seeking a Senior Director - Program & Project Management to oversee the Delivery and Operations of a portfolio of projects across IT Operations and Customer Support domains. The ideal candidate will have 18-22 years of IT experience, with at least 10-12 years in Customer Support BPO organizations or IT Services. You should possess strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams onsite/offshore, defining delivery processes, handling various project types, and technologies. Additionally, hands-on experience in managing large-scale Technical and IT operations engagements with teams of 200-250 people is essential.

As a Senior Director, your responsibilities will include managing diverse geodistributed teams, ensuring best-in-class customer satisfaction levels, monitoring key engagement KPIs such as Service Levels and CSAT, and driving operational parameters for effective business growth. You will be accountable for people attrition management, career planning, team development, domain initiatives within the delivery organization, and providing innovative solutions for clients' technology or process improvement needs.
