As a Franchisee Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach and impact in key locations such as Bihar (Patna), Odisha (Bhubaneswar), Jharkhand (Bokaro/Jamshedpur), Assam (Guwahati), and West Bengal (Siliguri). Your responsibilities will include managing franchise operations, ensuring smooth functioning of outlets, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing franchises effectively.

In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 42,000 per month (in hand), you will also receive daily allowances, travel allowance, food allowance, and incentives based on performance.
