Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This
The internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment,
onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent
organizational and communication skills and a strong desire to learn and contribute to the HR
department's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in the interview process.
2. Onboarding and Orientation:
- Prepare new hire and assist in the onboarding process.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.
3. Employee Relations:
- Help address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Support the HR team in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
4. HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of HR documents, such as employment contracts and
performance reviews.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document
management.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
